  • So exciting, We’re going to Garyland, WA to work on an outdoor wireless bridge For internet 🙌 Breakwater

    Goal to set up

Blue Dot: Starlink connected to ubiquiti dream station, that we want

Green Dot: Xfinity connected to ubiquiti dream station.

We want to discontinue Comcast’s service at Green Dot so that Blue Dot can provide internet to Green Dot instead. He is considering setting up a wireless bridge between the two rooftops, but he needs my assistance to establish a connection from Blue Dot’s Ubiquiti (connected via Starlink) to Green Dot’s Ubiquiti. This would allow him to cancel the Xfinity plans.

I successfully installed new wiring, which required me to access the attic for the first time. The project involved drilling to run two Cat6 cables for a client’s access point and a NanoBeam 5AC Gen 2 in a cottage house. Altogether, I installed ten Cat6 cables to support both the cottage and the hotel laundry building.

I have successfully reached the owner and assured him that it is safe to cancel his Comcast Business service. He can now transition to Starlink and take advantage of their new advanced protocols.

Laundry Hotel, i did install it there and set It up as Main Internet, then cottage i did set AP bridge, and now it is working
Added 2 new wires for NBE-5AC-Gen2 and UAP-AC-LTE
That is where I plan to put Mount AP on there.
    NanoBeam 5AC Gen 2
    Cottage house (client router)
Zip tie all blue cable and power. Yellow cat 5e already removed. So it all nice and clean.

100 download and 100 upload good speed between Hotel to cottages.
. 2 miles away not bad
Hotel wifi access point to cottage house
  • Comcast business upgrade speed automatic no cost!

Indeed, it was the correct decision. Comcast Business has recently upgraded our plans to 250 MBPS, automatically upgrading with download speeds reaching 500 MBPS and upload speeds at 200 MBPS. I have decided to relocate my server from medical to another location that offers the highest upload speeds and is ideal for smooth operation.

500mbps download and 200 uploads from comcast Business.
This is my first experience in our business.

Subsequently, I have established a website at https://status.richardapplegate.io for my work status uptime. It is crucial to me to monitor their performance constantly. I also monitor our comcast business gateway. Great to document their outrage from time to time to provide us credit.

  • How to add SecurityEdge to allow our site on our business Internet? Here is how,

Log in to your Comcast Business Account.

    https://business.comcast.com/connectivity/internetdashboard/

After you log in, go to the correct location to update your internet. Scrolling down to Subscribed Services ⇾ SecuirtyEdge.

    After you click that SecuirtyEdge(https://securityedge.comcast.com/#home)

You can go over to the Block and Allow list.

Place your website into the Check URL text box and then click Check.

Make sure that you click allow, so we can access your site from your stores or office.

So yes you notice we disable our SecuirtyEdge because we had our own 3 DNS Server .

After you publish and save, it will take about 30 min for your store’s or office’s modem to update, and then it will unblock/SSL invalid won’t show that anymore.

If you still face the issue, I am happy to swing by and work that out for you to get it to success on the website for every customer view..

  • Anthem upgraded the network shelf to a cabinet.

On Sept 2023, I established this network, and unfortunately, it experienced the most severe condition of overheating due to the presence of grease. I upgraded it to a cabinet in October 2023, and it is currently functioning flawlessly. All the devices are fan less, resulting in a reduction in dust and grease buildup. 🙂
