My name is Richard A., and I am hard of hearing with advanced proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL). Since 2019, I have served as the IT and Network Administrator at Anthem Coffee and Tea. In this role, I have worked across 10 store locations—eight in Washington and two in Arizona—gaining extensive experience in both technical and operational environments.
I have a strong background in implementing and managing the Square Point of Sale system with Fresh KDS, as well as overseeing network installations for all store locations. To date, I have successfully set up Square POS and network infrastructure for 11 stores.
