If there are problems with our configuration or the update has become corrupted, there’s a workaround: try performing a hard restart of the system.
- For ten seconds, count by thousands while holding down the volume and turning on the power.
- Allow it to restart itself, and it will turn on for you. This tablet will also automatically connect to Wi-Fi.
- Open Joe and make sure they are good to go!
